Can I place an order from outside of the UK?
Yes, you can place an order from outside of the UK. However we can only deliver website orders to a UK Mainland or Northern Ireland address.

Depending on the shipping option selected our normal delivery times are:

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, due to the current Covid-19 crisis, delivery times may be longer than usual. We would ask if you could please allow up to 10 working days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive before contacting us, quoting the order number provided on your confirmation email.
What happens if I receive the wrong item or have a query on my order?

Can I return my purchase?
Yes, simply contact us and return the items you want refunded in their original packaging to:
Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers
What is your returns policy?
All items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, tags and seals in place (where possible) within 30 days of the original order.
